The NFU Mutual Index Linked Fund primarily invests in sterling-denominated index-linked government and government-backed bonds, with at least 80% of its holdings focused on UK government index-linked bonds that have high credit ratings. Additionally, up to five percent of the portfolio may include corporate bonds and other fixed-income securities. The fund is actively managed to balance income and capital growth by selecting high-quality, long-term bond investments aimed at outperforming a key government bond index over five years.
