The Ninety One MA Protector Fund 2 aims for long-term capital growth by investing worldwide in a diverse array of assets. Up to 85% of its portfolio is dedicated to shares of companies across all sizes and industries. Additionally, the fund includes various bonds from governments and corporations in any currency or credit rating, as well as investments in property, commodities, and alternative assets such as infrastructure and private equity funds. It also uses derivatives and other financial products to manage its investments and protect the share price from falling below 80% of its highest value.
