NT Real Estate Climate Index Feeder Fund R EUR Accumulating

The NT Real Estate Climate Index Feeder Fund primarily invests at least 85% of its assets in the NT Real Estate Climate Index Fund, which holds a diversified collection of global real estate securities such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and equity-related securities from companies focused on owning, managing, and developing income-producing properties. Additionally, up to 15% of the fund can be allocated to liquid assets like cash and money market instruments to cover expenses or new investment opportunities. This portfolio is designed to mirror the Solactive Developed Real Estate ESG Climate Index by including only investments that meet specific environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
