Nuveen Global Clean Infrastructure Impact Fund I USD Acc

The objective of the fund is to provide long-term capital appreciation while giving investors exposure to clean infrastructure companies that are solving environmental challenges and improving operational characteristics to achieve positive, direct, and measurable environmental outcomes.

The fund invests in equity securities of clean infrastructure companies that support the global energy transition, water provision and recycling, waste management, and environmental remediation. It also considers companies that meet minimum ESG performance ratings and are subject to the sub investment manager’s proprietary Impact Framework. The fund may invest in fixed income securities issued by clean infrastructure companies aligned with its objectives.

The fund is classified as a category 6 fund, indicating higher risk due to potential price volatility of equities held. Additional risks include exposure to emerging markets, small/medium company/issuer risk, FDI risk, and risk relating to the fund's small size and number of shareholders. These risks may not be fully captured by the risk and reward category and could impact the fund's performance.
