The Sub-fund aims to generate sustainable returns from investment revenue and growth while maintaining low financial risk levels. It is managed actively with reference to the S&P 500 NR benchmark index in EUR, aiming to outperform rather than replicate it precisely.

The Sub-fund will invest at least 70% of its net assets in equities included in the S&P 500 NR index, using a trend-following model for stock selection. It may also invest up to 30% in fixed income securities denominated in euro and rated investment grade, as well as up to 10% in equities from issuers outside the OECD.

The Sub-fund is exposed to currency risk and market fluctuations, with a strict sector exclusion applied to tobacco and non-conventional weapons. Additionally, the use of derivative instruments for investment and hedging purposes may introduce speculative elements to the fund's strategy.
