Olea Investment Fund - Olea Neutral Inversiones C Cap

Olea Investment Neutral Inversiones aims to preserve capital over the midterm by building a diversified portfolio that includes both fixed income and equity securities. The fund invests primarily in developed countries' equities, accounting for up to 60% of its assets, and allocates up to 20% to emerging markets. In the fixed income portion, which can comprise up to 95% of the portfolio, the fund includes a variety of bonds such as high yield, noninvestment grade, and non-rated bonds (capped at 15%), coco bonds (up to 20%), asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities (up to 15%), as well as default or distress securities (up to 5%). Additionally, the fund holds fixed-rate and floating-rate instruments, zero-coupon bonds, and money market instruments from the Eurozone and other regulated international markets, ensuring a balanced and strategically chosen mix to achieve attractive returns.
