Omnis UK All Companies Fund Class A GBP Inc

The Fund aims to achieve a return consisting of both income and capital growth which, after all fees and expenses, exceeds that of the FTSE All-Share TR Index over a five-year rolling period.

The Fund intends to invest at least 80% in the equity securities of UK companies, with a concentrated portfolio typically comprising between 35 and 60 stocks. Derivatives may be used for hedging and efficient portfolio management. The performance of the Fund will be measured against the FTSE All-Share TR Index for target return purposes.

Investors should be aware that there can be no guarantee that the objective of the Fund will be achieved. Additionally, upon the sale of shares, especially in the short-term, investors may receive less than the original amount invested.
