The Fund aims to seek long-term growth of capital by primarily investing in equity and equity related securities of small to middle capitalisation companies located around the world.

The Fund is exposed to small to middle capitalisation companies, with a focus on "NextGeneration" companies in the early stages of growth acceleration. The Fund's benchmark is the MSCI ACWI SMID Cap Index, but the sub-investment manager has discretion over the investments. The Fund promotes sustainability characteristics through the incorporation of ESG factors into its investment process.

The Fund may be geographically concentrated at times, with investments in a single country or a small number of countries. Additionally, investments in emerging markets are not expected to exceed 50% of its net asset value. Adverse economic, political, or social conditions in these countries could negatively impact the Fund's performance.
