Pharus SICAV - Best Regulated Companies Class Q distribution

The objective of this Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in equities specialized in infrastructures within regulated sectors such as electricity transmission and distribution, water and gas transport, gas storage and re-gasification, without any geographical restriction and that are considered ESG sustainable. The Fund may invest in China A-Shares up to 10%.

The Fund's exposure is determined by the scoring of each single security provided by external independent providers of ESG dataset. The eligible asset universe is based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a focus on Environment factors (60%) and Social and Governance factors (40%). Exclusion criteria include controversial weapons, tobacco producers, disrespect for the principles of the United Nations Global Pact, companies in adult entertainment and gambling sectors.

The risks associated with this Fund include counterparty risk, currency risk, derivative risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, and legal risks due to its investment in Chinese shares. These risks may affect the potential rewards of the Fund.
