The investments are selected based on historic and future earnings of the company which has issued the shares, with a focus on promoting environmental and social characteristics and incorporating sustainability risk-related factors into the investment process.

The Sub-Fund's investments do not have a specific geographical focus and are actively managed to deliver excess returns over the benchmark.
