The Fund aims to achieve absolute returns in excess of the MSCI All Country World Net Index in USD over the investment cycle, typically 3-5 years.

The Fund primarily invests in a select number of attractively valued companies listed on regulated markets. While the Fund focuses on equities and equity equivalents, it may also invest in collective investment schemes, exchange traded commodities, debt securities, and liquid assets. Financial Derivative Instruments may be used to achieve the Fund's Investment Objective.

The Fund may have exposure to emerging market countries, including Russia, and may also have exposure to China-A Shares indirectly via investment in collective investment schemes. The Fund is actively managed, and the Investment Manager has discretion in its choices of investments within the objectives and policies of the Fund.
