Protea Fund - Nao Responsible Europe Seed Class

The objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve capital appreciation over the medium and long-term through exposure to the equities markets, while considering environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) criteria. The Sub-Fund is actively managed and does not track a specific benchmark index.

The Sub-Fund will invest at least 75% of its net assets in equities and equity-like securities issued by companies with a suitable ESG profile listed on stock exchanges of European countries within the OECD. The remaining assets may be invested in money market instruments, cash, UCIs, and financial derivative instruments. The Sub-Fund may focus on a single country, currency, or economic sector depending on market conditions.

The Sub-Fund may deviate significantly from its benchmark index and does not have a sustainable objective. Risks associated with investing in equities and financial derivative instruments, as well as market fluctuations, may affect the performance of the Sub-Fund. Investors should be prepared to hold their positions for at least 5 years and consider the potential impact of currency fluctuations on their investments.
