Quaero Capital Funds (Lux) - World Opportunities D-USD

The fund aims to achieve superior absolute returns as well as superior risk-adjusted returns through active management. It does not track the MSCI World Hedged Net Total Return USD index but uses it for performance comparison purposes.

The fund mainly invests in equities, depositary receipts, and may also invest in money market instruments, financial derivative instruments, and debt instruments. It may invest up to 25% of its net assets in emerging markets and up to 10% in UCIs. The equity exposure should represent between 30% and 125% of the fund's net assets.

The fund may be exposed to risks associated with equity market fluctuations, currency hedging, and investments in emerging markets. Additionally, investments in bonds are only made in specific circumstances when equity markets are not performing well.
