The Fund aims to achieve capital growth over the medium term (3-5 years) by investing in fixed income securities and shares that have a positive impact on society. The fixed income exposure will primarily be in the UK, and investments will adhere to the Manager's ethical and sustainable investment policy.

The Fund's exposure includes investing a maximum of 60% of assets in global company shares listed on stock exchanges, with the remaining assets primarily invested in sterling-denominated investment grade corporate bonds. Subinvestment grade bonds are limited to 5% of the assets, and at least 30% of assets must be kept in bonds and cash. The Fund focuses on sustainability and ESG factors in addition to financial analysis.

Investors should be aware that this Fund may not be suitable for those planning to withdraw their money within five years. It is recommended to hold units for at least five years, although they can be sold at any time. Additionally, the Fund may invest in other collective investment schemes, derivatives, and a small amount of cash, which may introduce additional risks.
