Santander Equity Income Unit Trust RA

Santander Equity Income Unit Trust aims to generate income and achieve some capital growth by primarily investing at least 80% in a diverse range of UK-listed companies, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and other investment trusts. It also allocates up to 20% to shares of companies listed in developed markets outside the UK. Additionally, the fund may hold up to 5% in investment-grade bonds from global issuers and up to 10% in cash or money market instruments. To manage the portfolio efficiently, the fund can invest up to 10% indirectly through other funds and property investments via REITs.
