General Objective
The fund aims to provide capital growth and income in excess of the Bloomberg EURO Aggregate Index after fees have been deducted over a three to five year period by investing in bonds denominated in euro.
Fund Exposure
The fund is actively managed and invests at least two-thirds of its assets in bonds denominated in euro issued by governments, government agencies, supra-nationals, and companies worldwide. It may also invest up to 30% of its assets in below investment grade credit rating bonds and up to 10% in contingent convertible bonds. Additionally, the fund may invest up to one-third of its assets in other securities, countries, regions, industries, or currencies, and use derivatives to achieve investment gains or manage risk.
