Schroder ISF EURO Corporate Bond aims to deliver income and capital growth above the ICE BofA Euro Corporate Index over a three- to five-year horizon by investing primarily in corporate and other non-sovereign bonds issued worldwide. The fund holds at least two‑thirds in corporate/non‑sovereign debt, may have up to 30% in below‑investment‑grade (high‑yield) bonds, up to 20% in government bonds, up to 20% in asset‑backed and mortgage‑backed securities, and up to 20% in convertible bonds (including up to 10% in contingent convertibles). It can also put as much as one‑third of its assets into other instruments—like investment funds, warrants, money‑market holdings and cash—and may use derivatives to seek returns, reduce risk or run the portfolio more efficiently.
