Schroder ISF EURO Corporate Bond is a bond fund that mainly holds corporate and other non‑sovereign debt from issuers worldwide (at least two‑thirds of its assets); it can also include up to 30% in below‑investment‑grade bonds, up to 20% in sovereign government bonds, up to 20% in asset‑backed and mortgage‑backed securities, and up to 20% in convertible bonds (including as much as 10% in contingent convertibles). The fund may put up to one‑third of its assets into other types of securities or funds, money‑market instruments, warrants or cash, and it may use derivatives to seek returns, lower risk or manage the portfolio.
