Schroder ISF EURO Corporate Bond is a actively managed bond fund that mainly holds corporate and other non‑sovereign debt from issuers around the world (at least two‑thirds of the portfolio). It can include up to 30% in below‑investment‑grade (high‑yield) bonds, up to 20% in sovereign government bonds, up to 20% in asset‑backed and mortgage‑backed securities, and up to 20% in convertible bonds (with up to 10% in contingent convertibles). The fund may also allocate as much as one‑third of its assets to other securities and asset classes (for example investment funds, warrants, money‑market instruments or cash) and may use derivatives to seek returns, reduce risk or run the portfolio more efficiently.
