General Objective
The fund aims to provide capital growth in excess of the Standard & Poors 500 (Net TR) Lagged index after fees have been deducted over a three to five year period by investing in equities of large-sized US companies.
Fund Exposure
The fund is actively managed and invests at least two-thirds of its assets in equities of large-sized US companies. It may also invest in equities of non-US companies listed on major North American stock exchanges. The fund is managed with reference to environmental, social, and governance factors and may invest in other securities, countries, regions, industries, currencies, investment funds, warrants, and money market investments.

The fund is exposed to concentration risk, currency risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, performance risk, IBOR transition risk, and derivatives risk. The fund may also invest in companies or sectors not included in the benchmark to take advantage of specific investment opportunities.
