Scor Euro Financials primarily invests in euro-denominated subordinated bonds and debt securities issued by financial institutions and OECD sovereign governments. The portfolio includes a variety of credit instruments such as senior, non-preferred, and subordinated debt, as well as speculative-grade and unrated securities like callable bonds and contingent convertibles (CoCos). Additionally, up to 30% of the fund’s assets can be allocated to non-OECD issuers, including those from emerging markets. This diverse approach ensures exposure to both public and private sectors within the Eurobond market.
