The Moorea Fd Real Assets Fund focuses on building a diverse portfolio by allocating at least 70% of its assets to collective investment funds and investing in a wide range of real asset sectors. These include renewable infrastructure, energy storage and efficiency, smart grids, biomass and waste-to-energy projects, water and waste management, air treatment, logistics and e-commerce infrastructure, as well as digital infrastructure. Additionally, the fund invests in property sectors such as social and affordable housing, care homes, life sciences and biotech facilities, and warehouse management. Its investments are spread globally, primarily in developed markets with some exposure to emerging markets.
