SQUAD – GROWTH seeks to achieve capital growth by investing primarily in European companies, with a strong focus on Germany and smaller, high-potential firms. The fund emphasizes sustainability, selecting businesses that actively promote environmentally and socially responsible practices and contribute positively to society and the environment through innovation and efficiency. It avoids companies that do not meet these sustainability standards and limits investments in lower-rated ESG companies to no more than 10% of the portfolio. Additionally, SQUAD – GROWTH may include a variety of other financial instruments like money market securities and derivatives to support its growth objectives.
