State Street EUR Government Liquidity Fund Institutional

The objective of the Fund is to maintain a high level of liquidity, preserve capital, and provide a return in line with EUR money market rates.

The Fund invests in a range of Euro-denominated investment grade, fixed and adjustable rate instruments, issued or guaranteed by governments. It uses a relative value approach combined with credit quality analysis to choose investments that will provide a stable return and remain easy to sell until they are repaid.

The Fund may use financial derivative instruments to manage the portfolio efficiently. The Class, Institutional Shares seek to maintain a stable Net Asset Value per share, however, this may not be guaranteed. Shareholders may redeem shares on any business day, but income earned by the Fund will be paid to shareholders in respect of the shares.
