State Street Global Equity Diversified Index Fund B GBP Hedged Distribution

The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance of developed and emerging equity markets. Investment Policy The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. The Index aims to reflect the performance characteristics of a subset of equity securities within the MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) (the "Parent Index"), which are selected and weighted to reduce the weighted average greenhouse gas intensity by 50% compared to the Parent Index, along with reducing the weighted average greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 10% on an annualized basis. The Parent Index measures the performance of large and mid capitalisation stocks across both developed and emerging market countries. The Index excludes companies involved in controversial weapons businesses, very severe ESG controversies (red flag), companies assessed as having misalignment with the United Nations Global Compact Principles, tobacco, thermal coal mining, thermal coal power and oil sands. The Fund will use a replication strategy to create a near mirror-image of the Index. In limited circumstances the Fund may purchase securities that are not included in the Index. The Fund may use financial derivative instruments (that is, financial contracts whose prices are dependent on one or more underlying assets) in order to manage the portfolio efficiently. The class I GBP Accumulating Shares are issued in Pound Sterling. Any income earned by the shares will be retained and reflected in an increase in the value of these shares. Shareholders may redeem shares in the Fund on any UK and US business day other than days on which the relevant financial markets are closed for business provided that a list of such closed market days will be published for the Fund on www.ssga.com.
