Swiss Rock (Lux) SICAV - Absolute Return Bond Fund C hdg

The Swiss Rock (Lux) Sicav – Absolute Return Bond Fund ESG D aims to generate a reasonable absolute return in Euro while considering environmental and social aspects and the principles of good corporate governance (ESG factors). The fund is actively managed, giving the investment manager full discretion over the portfolio composition.

To achieve its objective, the fund will invest at least 2/3 of its assets in fixed or variable-rate securities denominated in European currencies or Euro from issuers with good credit ratings from recognized countries. Up to a maximum of 1/3 of the assets can also be invested in fixed or variable-rate securities denominated in other currencies. The fund may also engage in derivative transactions to hedge positions, achieve higher returns, or speculate on rising or falling prices.

Investors should be aware that the fund may suspend the redemption of shares in exceptional circumstances if deemed necessary in the best interests of investors. Additionally, fees for buying/selling securities are borne by the fund and can impact the fund's returns. Profits are reinvested, and investors should have a medium to long-term investment horizon.
