The TM Mitcham Fund seeks to grow capital and generate income by investing globally, with its portfolio mainly consisting of at least 70% stocks. It also includes transferable securities, money market instruments, and cash or near-cash investments. Between half and all of the fund’s assets are placed in various collective investment vehicles to benefit from professional management, while the rest are held directly. The fund maintains liquidity to manage risks and preserve capital and uses derivatives only occasionally to enhance portfolio efficiency.
