U Asset Allocation - Balanced USD AC Capitalisation

The Fund seeks to generate capital appreciation across the investment horizon by investing directly or indirectly through funds. It is an actively managed, well diversified portfolio that is not managed in reference to a benchmark.

The Fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in fixed income instruments, 50% in money market instruments, 65% in equities, equity-like instruments, 30% in alternative investments, and 20% in convertible bonds. It can also invest in other currencies than the US Dollar, with the currency risk associated potentially affecting the Fund's performance.

The Fund carries risks such as counterparty risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Counterparty risk arises from the use of over-the-counter derivatives, credit risk from investments in bonds, and liquidity risk from difficulty in purchasing or selling certain investments.
