General Objective
The Fund aims to grow capital and generate income by investing in shares of worldwide equities, including Emerging countries. It focuses on companies that have products, services, and/or processes contributing to environmental and social solutions as defined by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Fund Exposure
The Fund is actively managed and relatively concentrated, typically holding under 60 names with low turnover. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in warrants, convertible bonds, bonds, debt securities, and money market instruments. There are no restrictions on the percentage invested in small and mid-capitalization companies. 100% of the invested companies are positive contributors to environmental and social objectives.
Risks
As an equity fund, the Fund's holdings can move in line with or return less than the broad stock market, potentially resulting in a decrease in the value of investments. Investors should be aware that they may not get back their initial investment and that the recommended holding period is a minimum of five years.
