This fund has sustainable investment as its objective and is categorized in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector. The actively managed fund invests in companies that have exposure to sustainable themes which the Portfolio Manager considers to be critical to pave the way to a low carbon economy. The focus is on climate solution providers, in the area of, but not limited to, energy efficiency, clean energy and renewables, sustainable water solutions, smart mobility or sustainable food chain systems. The fund uses the benchmark MSCI AC World (net div. reinvested) for performance measurement and risk management purposes. The benchmark is a broad market index which does not assess or include constituents according to environmental characteristics and therefore is not intended to be consistent with the sustainable investment objective of the sub-fund. In principle, investors may ask the Management Company to redeem their units on any business day in Luxembourg. Income of this share class is reinvested. The sub-fund may enter into securities lending transactions.
