The actively managed fund mainly invests in shares and other equity interests of companies that are domiciled or chiefly active in Europe. The sub-fund primarily invests in European growth companies that are leading in their fields, particularly in terms of sustainability. This fund promotes environmental and social characteristics and falls under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector. The fund uses the benchmark MSCI Europe Growth (net dividend reinvested) as a reference for portfolio construction, performance evaluation, sustainability profile comparison and risk management. Although part of the portfolio is invested in the same instruments and with the same weightings as the benchmark, the portfolio manager is not tied to the benchmark in selecting instruments. At times of high market volatility, the fund's performance may therefore diverge significantly from that of the benchmark. The portfolio manager may freely choose to invest in equities and other capital investments of small and medium-sized companies, and manage market exposure through dividends. In principle, investors may ask the Management Company to redeem their units on any business day in Luxembourg. Income of this share class is reinvested. The sub-fund may enter into securities lending transactions.
