UF is an actively managed investment fund focused on achieving long-term capital growth alongside ongoing income. The fund allocates at least 51% of its assets to debt securities and up to 49% to a mix of money market instruments, stocks, demand or redeemable deposits, and other funds. Additionally, UF has the flexibility to invest up to 100% of its assets in other funds if desired. To support its investment strategy and manage risks, UF also employs derivative instruments. Managed by Macquarie Investment Management Austria in Vienna, the fund’s diverse portfolio composition aims to balance growth opportunities with income generation.
