UniEuropaRenta is a bond-focused fund that aims to deliver competitive returns and long-term growth by actively selecting a diverse range of fixed-income investments. The portfolio primarily consists of various types of bonds, including convertible and option bonds, certificates with potential derivatives, and other interest-bearing securities like zero bonds across all credit ratings. Up to 10% of the fund may be invested in higher-risk distressed securities, and up to 20% in asset-backed and secured receivables, excluding certain high-quality covered bonds. Most of the investments are denominated in European currencies, with some exposure to global currencies that are typically hedged. Additionally, the fund holds bank deposits and money market instruments to manage liquidity.
