The Eurizon Bond EUR Medium Term LTE fund primarily holds euro-denominated government bonds from the eurozone, aligning with medium-term (3-5 years) government debt as tracked by the JP Morgan EMU Government Bond Index. About 80% of its assets are invested in government and debt-related instruments, including money market securities. Additionally, up to 20% of the portfolio is allocated to corporate debt, and the fund may have indirect exposure to asset-backed securities and contingent convertible bonds, limited to 10% of total assets. The fund maintains credit quality and duration in line with its benchmark while actively managing the portfolio to potentially enhance returns.
