A challenge where you can only win!

Struggling to invest your money? Think your assets are too small to be in the financial markets? Afraid of making mistakes when investing? Then the UMushroom Investment Challenge is exactly what you need!

So, what even is the Investment Challenge?  

In the Investment Challenge, you'll create a virtual portfolio and learn how to invest, but don't worry, it's completely risk-free. You'll have access to the entire investment universe on the UMushroom platform, which is huge. It includes the 4,500 largest shares, all funds and ETFs tradable in Switzerland and the 200 largest cryptos. In other words, just like in real life.  

But don't worry if you're not quite sure what funds and ETFs are yet, you'll learn all about them during the challenge. It lasts eight weeks from 3 March to 27 April 2025, and we'll be there to guide you every step of the way. We've got educational videos, webinars and podcasts to help you learn the basics of investing, as well as some practical tips and tricks. You'll get to grips with setting up a portfolio, learning about investment strategies and building good investing habits.
