Fuel Volumes and Margins

Same-store road transportation fuel volumes decreased by 1.9% in the United States and by 0.6% in Europe and other regions, but increased by 3.7% in Canada. Fuel gross margins improved, with an increase of 4.48¢ per gallon in the United States and 1.27¢ per liter in Europe and other regions.

Fiscal Year Highlights

For fiscal year 2025, net earnings per diluted share were $2.71, a 3.9% decrease from the previous year. The company repurchased 8.7 million shares for $518.9 million and increased the annual dividend by 14.3% to CA$76.00¢.
