Equinor ASA is a Norway-headquartered integrated energy company, majority-owned by the Norwegian state and listed on the Oslo Børs and the New York Stock Exchange, whose core business is the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas—primarily on the Norwegian continental shelf but also in international basins such as the U.S., Brazil, the UK and Angola.
