Q4 FY'25 Revenue Growth

Korn Ferry reported fee revenue of $712.0 million for Q4 FY'25, marking a 3% increase year-over-year at actual and a 4% increase at constant currency. This growth was driven by higher revenues in Executive Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), partially offset by a decline in Consulting fees.

Enhanced Profitability

For the full year FY'25, Korn Ferry's net income attributable to the company reached $246.1 million, with a margin of 9.0%, up 290 basis points from the previous year. The fourth quarter net income was $64.2 million with a 9.0% margin. Adjusted EBITDA also saw substantial improvements, increasing to $463.9 million for the full year with a 17.0% margin.

Strong Earnings Per Share

Diluted earnings per share for Q4 FY'25 were $1.21, while adjusted diluted earnings per share were $1.32. For the full year, diluted earnings per share stood at $4.60, and adjusted diluted earnings per share were $4.88, highlighting the company's robust earnings performance.

Strategic Capital Allocation

Throughout FY'25, Korn Ferry maintained a balanced approach to capital allocation by investing $44 million in acquisitions, $62 million in technology enhancements, and returning a total of $169 million to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends. Additionally, the company repurchased 232,000 shares worth $15.0 million and paid $25 million in dividends during Q4 FY'25.
