Profitability

EBIT for Q4 2024 rose to BNOK 1.7, up from BNOK 1.3 in Q4 2023, resulting in an EBIT margin improvement to 12.4% from 10.7%. Similarly, EBITDA increased to BNOK 2.1 with a margin of 15.4%, up from BNOK 1.7 and 14.0%, respectively. Enhanced project execution and favorable project mix contributed to these improvements.

Dividend Proposal

The Board of Directors has proposed a total dividend of NOK 22 per share for 2024, consisting of an ordinary dividend of NOK 10 and an additional dividend of NOK 12.
