Gross Margins

The GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins for the quarter were 72.4% and 72.7%, respectively. Excluding the $180 million release related to H20 inventory, the non-GAAP gross margin would have been 72.3%.

Earnings Per Share

GAAP and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share were reported at $1.08 and $1.05, respectively. When excluding the $180 million release and its associated tax impact, the non-GAAP diluted earnings per share amounted to $1.04.

Shareholder Returns

During the first half of fiscal 2026, NVIDIA returned $24.3 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and cash dividends. The company announced an additional $60 billion share repurchase authorization, and its next quarterly cash dividend is set at $0.01 per share.
