In Q3 2025, Redcare Pharmacy achieved a 25.2% increase in total sales, reaching EUR 719 million compared to EUR 575 million in the same period last year. This growth was driven by strong performance in both the DACH and International segments, each exceeding 25% in fully organic sales growth.

Prescription (Rx) Sales Surge

Rx sales saw a significant rise of 42.3%, totaling EUR 272 million in Q3 2025 compared to EUR 191 million in Q3 2024. Notably, Rx sales in Germany surged by 82.1% to EUR 126 million, highlighting the company's expanding footprint in the German market.

Non-Rx Sales Performance

Non-Rx sales also performed well, increasing by 16.7% to EUR 448 million in Q3 2025, up from EUR 383 million in the same quarter last year. This growth underscores Redcare Pharmacy’s diversified product offerings and strong market presence.

Customer Base and Satisfaction

At the end of Q3 2025, Redcare Pharmacy recorded 13.7 million active customers. The company also achieved a significant improvement in its net promoter score (NPS), rising to over 70 from 64 in the first half of the year, reflecting enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Outlook and Guidance

Redcare Pharmacy’s CEO, Olaf Heinrich, affirmed the company’s full-year guidance, citing profitable and cash-generative growth with a solid Q3 EBITDA. The company anticipates achieving at least EUR 500 million in Rx sales for the year, supported by accelerated Rx growth in Germany and the typical seasonal increase in order volumes in Q4.
