Stellantis N.V. reported its first half of 2025 financial results, achieving net revenues of €74.3 billion, marking a 13% decrease compared to H1 2024. The decline was largely due to challenges in the North American and Enlarged Europe markets, though growth in South America provided some offset. Leadership Changes

Stellantis has appointed Antonio Filosa as the new CEO effective June 23, 2025, following a unanimous selection by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2025. Filosa introduced a new leadership team on June 23, featuring expanded roles for several high-performing executives. He was later confirmed as a member of the Board of Directors and an executive director at the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 18, 2025.

Commercial Recovery and Product Launches

In H1 2025, Stellantis launched four new models, including the Citroën C3 Aircross and Fiat Grande Panda, contributing to a 127-basis points increase in EU30 market share compared to H2 2024. The company plans to launch an additional ten models in 2025, including new STLA Medium products in the second half of the year. Notable returns include the Ram 1500 with a 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8 and the hybrid Jeep® Cherokee.

Tariff Impact

Stellantis has updated its 2025 net tariff impact estimate to approximately €1.5 billion, with €0.3 billion incurred in H1 2025. The company continues to engage with policymakers and undertake long-term scenario planning to manage tariff-related challenges.

Financial Guidance for H2 2025

Stellantis has initiated its financial guidance for the second half of 2025, projecting increased net revenues, low-single digit AOI profitability, and improved industrial free cash flow (FCF). This guidance is based on the assumption that current tariff and trade regulations remain in place as of July 29, 2025.
