The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance, highlighting strong adjusted EBITDA margins and significant progress in strategic integrations aimed at enhancing its digital employee experience offerings.

Revenue Growth

TeamViewer reported a 15% year-over-year increase in pro forma revenue, driven by double-digit growth in the Enterprise segment. Overall revenue for Q2 reached €190.7 million, marking a 5% increase on a reported basis and a 6% increase in constant currency terms.

Adjusted EBITDA

Adjusted EBITDA rose by 17% year-over-year, achieving a margin of 44%. This improvement reflects the company's strong profitability and effective cost management strategies.

Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

ARR increased by 4% in constant currency year-over-year, supported by a 6% growth in overall ARR. Retained ARR remained solid, indicating strong customer retention and upsell performance.

Enterprise Business Expansion

The Enterprise segment experienced significant growth, with ARR from enterprise customers up by 15% year-over-year. This growth was partly offset by macroeconomic headwinds in the US market.

Strategic Integrations and Product Enhancements

Progress was made on the integration of 1E and the development of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) products. These initiatives are expected to contribute positively to growth in the second half of the year, with early momentum showing promising results.

Regional Performance

Revenue growth was achieved across all regions, with EMEA contributing 52% of total revenue, reflecting an 8% increase in both reported and constant currency terms. The Americas and APAC regions also showed positive growth, contributing 38% and supporting overall performance.
