The Invesco EUR AAA CLO ETF aims to deliver steady income and protect capital by investing mainly in top-rated (AAA) European floating rate debt securities issued by collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). These CLOs are backed by a diverse mix of loans and bonds, including senior secured loans, broadly syndicated loans, floating rate notes, high-yield bonds, and subordinated corporate loans. By focusing on the highest-rated tranches, the fund ensures that the majority of its portfolio—at least 80%—consists of AAA-rated securities, which have the highest priority for receiving interest and principal payments from the underlying pool of assets.
