Invesco Markets II plc - Invesco EUR AAA CLO UCITS ETF GBP Hdg Acc

Invesco EUR AAA CLO ETF is an actively managed fund that invests mainly in AAA-rated tranches of euro-denominated floating-rate debt securities issued by collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). It normally places at least 80% of its CLO debt security holdings in AAA-rated CLO debt securities, and may invest up to 20% in below-AAA securities that are still investment grade and predominantly AA-rated. The fund may also hold up to 10% of net assets in CLO debt securities denominated in currencies other than euro. It seeks to invest only in CLOs managed by managers demonstrating higher levels of ESG consideration. The fund may be compared with the J.P. Morgan European Collateralized Loan Obligation AAA-only Index, but it does not track the index and is not constrained by a benchmark.
