The fund selects only highly liquid bonds issued by the German government that have at least four billion euros outstanding, ensuring a diversified and stable portfolio. By using a market-value weighted approach and limiting any single bond to no more than 30% of the portfolio, the fund aims to closely mirror the performance of its benchmark index, providing investors with exposure to mid-term German sovereign debt.
