Most Diversified Portfolio SICAV- TOBAM Anti-Benchmark World Equity Fund R2

The primary objective of this fund is to be exposed to global equities by systematically applying the investment process developed by the Management Company. The fund aims to optimize diversification relative to the benchmark indicator, improve asset allocation results, enhance the Sharpe ratio, and reduce volatility.

Under normal market conditions, at least 90% of the fund's assets are exposed to global equity markets, including small, mid, and large-cap markets. The fund may also invest up to 100% of its assets in mono-underlying Contracts for Differences (CFDs) and up to 20% in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) for diversification purposes. Additionally, the fund may utilize American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Global Depository Receipts (GDRs), and other OTC contracts to enhance risk control and minimize transaction costs.

The fund is subject to foreign exchange risk, which could lead to a noticeable fall in the net asset value if the exchange rate decreases. Additionally, there is counterparty risk, where the fund may incur losses in the event of a counterparty default, leading to a decline in the net asset value. The fund's risk indicator level 5 reflects the volatility of the stock markets in which it invests with respect to its investment strategy.
