PIMCO GIS European High Yield Bond Fund E EUR Income

The European High Yield Bond Fund aims to maximize total return and limit risk with a focus on upper tier European high yield bonds. The fund seeks to offer compelling diversification benefits and exposure to different sectors of the economy.

The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in a diversified portfolio of European high yield bonds, including high yield issuance in European currencies and by European domiciled issuers. It also limits exposure to securities rated lower than B to a maximum of 20%.

Investors should be aware of credit and default risk, currency risk, derivatives and counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk associated with this fund. Funds with high exposures to non-investment grade securities have a higher exposure to credit and default risk, while changes in exchange rates may impact the value of investments. Additionally, the use of derivatives could result in increased exposure to underlying assets and counterparty risk.
