The objective of the Fund is to provide capital growth over the long-term, being five years or more. The Fund focuses on investing in companies that act responsibly and are part of long term themes that have a positive influence on society and the environment.

A minimum of 80% of the Fund’s assets are invested in shares in companies incorporated, domiciled, or with a significant part of their business in the UK. Up to 20% may be in other investments including shares in companies listed in other geographical regions such as Europe and the USA, government and corporate bonds, convertible bonds, collective investment schemes, deposits cash, and near cash. The fund managers will focus on companies with a strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) profile.

There is a risk of loss to the original capital invested, as the Fund may not achieve its objective over any specific time period. The Fund may also use derivatives, warrants, and forward transactions for efficient portfolio management, including hedging, with the use of derivatives being limited.
