The Santander UK Growth Unit Trust is an actively managed fund aimed at increasing your investment over five years or more by primarily investing at least 80% in a diverse range of UK-listed shares, including real estate and other investment trusts. Additionally, up to 20% of the portfolio is allocated to shares from developed markets outside the UK. The fund also includes up to 5% in high-quality bonds, 10% in cash and money market instruments, and may invest up to 10% indirectly through other funds and property-related assets.
